RETURN POLICY

Should you wish to return or exchange a product(s) you can return your products by sending them back to Rose Gold Moon via post. 


We comply with UK online sales regulations, which means you need to inform us of any return within 14 days of recieving your goods. Please contact us via email to inform us before returning.

You then have a further 14 days within which to return it to us as long as the following terms and conditions are met:
We must be informed by email of any returns within 14 days of your purchase arriving. We will check your item's arrival date as all items are sent using a tracked method. Any requests made after 14 days of delivery will be offered an exchange/credit only providing the items are as sold. Items must be unused. 

 
For your peace of mind we advise your item to be sent back to us using a tracked/recorded method.


Rose Gold Moon will not pay the postage for you to return your item to us for change of mind. If you wish to return your item for a refund/exchange then it is your responsibility and duty to pay the return costs and also the costs of redelivery should this be applicable. This also applies when faulty returns are made with a non-faulty item included in the package. This complies with all online selling regulations.

Should you need to return due to faulty goods, you will be

responsible for the cost of return postage. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss to

the goods that occurs before they are returned to us, including while the goods are in transit.

Once the goods have been recieved we will reimburse all payments we received from you

for the goods returned, including the costs of delivery, up to the value of our least expensive postage we offer.

Please send your item back to us respectfully. Please send items back in a state you would expect to receive them.

Failure to do so will mean deductions will be made from your reimbursement to reflect any reduction casued to the value of the goods.

Items are described to the best of our ability. Please always read descriptions as well as looking at the pictures/videos as we know that cameras and monitors can display colours at different resolutions! All items purchased will be as shown, unless otherwise stated as a random pick. 
 

Please note refunds do not apply to Custom commissioned pieces and personalised items unless faulty.
